Uploading using CuteFTP

After installing and starting the CuteFTP software, follow these steps:

A window should come into focus. Click the [Exit] button at the bottom. Next, choose |FTP|, and click |Quick Connect|.

Enter in your username and password. Also, make sure that the Host Address is 'www.netflash.net'. When you are done, click [OK].

On the left side of the screen are the files on your computer. On the right side is your website space on our server. Change the directory on the left to display your website files.

Select the files you wish to transfer (hold down 'CTRL' and click to select multiple files or 'SHIFT' and click to select multiple files in a row).

Click the upload button. Information as to the files that are uploading and how long it will take to finish is displayed at the bottom. Once finished, your files should appear on the left (your computer), in addition to the right side (your webspace).

Please ensure that your main webpage is named 'index.htm' or 'index.html', and remember to upload it.

When you are done uploading your files, view your webpage at www.netflash.net/login-name. In the example used above the webpage is located at www.netflash.net/temp.
