NetFlash Internet Solutions reserves the right to terminate any account at any time with no prior notice for actions that NetFlash determines to fall into what we would consider to be abuse to our system and / or services without giving explanation or cause.
  1. Unacceptable Use
    NetFlash reserves the right to terminate any Unlimited account for access which may be considered interminable. Unlimited access is defined as access which may be used at any time, allowing for events such as work, or sleep. Access which is defined as excessive may be restricted to limited hours to allow for others to utilize the service. Dedicated access is defined as access which has no interruption. If an uninterrupted access account is required, Dedicated Access can be provided to you.

  2. NetFlash reserves the right to terminate any access account for the following illegal actions
    • Duplication of Copyrighted material
    • Fraudulent operations, including pirated software
    • Unauthorized attempts to access services not belonging to yourself
    • Publication or Distribution of any materials which would be considered criminally prosecutable
    • Distribution of Computer Hardware or Software Viruses
    • Any attempts to access or in any way harm a NetFlash system or any other Internet Provider's or User's Internet accessibility
    • Any distribution of Spam or Unsolicited Bulk Mail to or from NetFlash's servers

  3. Account Payment
    Accounts will be paid for on a monthly basis on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th by automatic debit from Visa, Mastercard or Chequing account. Your billing date will be on the next billing period following your original sign up date. This means that if your sign up date was on the 6th, all subsequent billing dates will take place on the 7th of every month. In the event of your billing date falling on a Saturday or Sunday or Holiday, your billing date will be on the following business day. All accounts require a first and last month payment as well as a 30-day notice period before termination of account. The last thirty days will be given as a service and is non-refundable.

    In the event of an insufficient funds claim, a service charge of $15.00 will automatically be applied to your account. If this should happen, your account will be suspended immediately until payment is received and the account balance is paid.

  4. Single Session
    All access accounts are for single session usage. NetFlash does not allow concurrent access with the same user ID.

  5. Consideration of Others
    NetFlash is very proud to supply a top of the line service. This level of service is as a direct result of the joint efforts of our outstanding ratio's and upgrade schedules, and our customers consideration. We ask that when not using our service you disconnect from the Internet so as to allow others to use our service, keeping us one of the best Internet providers around. Thank You.
